Mr Timothy Sayer MD FRCOG
Mr Sayer has been a consultant gynaecologist at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust Hospital for the last 14 years. He provides a general gynaecology service. He has an MD thesis in urogynaecology and established the urogynaecology unit at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust Hospital. Mr Sayer has a special interest in minimally invasive laparoscopic ('keyhole') surgery as well as hysteroscopic surgery.
Mr Sayer has lectured at conferences and masterclasses nationally and internationally. He has taken part in many research trials including the Medical Research Council funded trial comparing treatments for female urinary incontinence. He is also hosting the United Kingdom Continence Society (UKCS) annual scientific meeting in Basingstoke in 2008.
